Sleep is wonderful.
This goes literally and figuratively. I am thankful for whatever rest I can get with a new baby, but I am also thankful that my heart can be at rest while trusting in my Savior, Jesus Christ.
Life is full of worrisome concerns and arrows of fear that try to rule our lives. In Christ I have peace. He is my source of rest and the reason I can sleep guilt free knowing that nothing can snatch me from His firm and faithful grip.
